"The app is terrible and crashes regularly. Plus their internet services are extremely average. I have a recurring issue which none of their employees solve or get to the bottom of. My only regret is living in an area where they are my only internet providers. Their customer service is awful and their app is even worse. Their customer care people are clueless and only reply with the same old copy-pasted messages. I posted this review in April 2021 and am facing the same issues in March 2022. Wow."
