Device drop Ticket no:1182920 Ticket category: Device collection This is the currect status of my connection disconnection ticket is showing from 24th March. You guys have never visited my house for connection nor I have ever used any of your devices then what device you are collecting from me. Just pay my 2000k refundable amount ASAP. Anyways you people have already eaten up my 590rs without any service. Don't force me to go to the police. Don't reply again saying you need further details.

The app is terrible and crashes regularly. Plus their internet services are extremely average. I have a recurring issue which none of their employees solve or get to the bottom of. My only regret is living in an area where they are my only internet providers. Their customer service is awful and their app is even worse. Their customer care people are clueless and only reply with the same old copy-pasted messages. I posted this review in April 2021 and am facing the same issues in March 2022. Wow.
